Timeline

This coaching pod will begin as one group on Monday, April 21. It is an 8-week program with 7 weeks dedicate to fat loss and the 8th week focusing on reverse dieting back to maintenance.

Important Dates:

  • Friday, April 18: Registration closes.

  • Friday, April 18, through Sunday, April 20: Custom nutrition plans and onboarding materials will be delivered.

  • Monday, April 21: First official day of your 8-week program.

  • Sunday, June 8: Final day of fat loss phase. 

  • Monday, June 9 – Wednesday, June 11: Reverse dieting plans will be delivered based off your results and new metabolic needs.

Accountability

Requirements

I require discipline and honesty - Honesty with your coach and yourself. I will ask you to:

  • Eat in a moderate calorie deficit for 8 weeks. This means tracking and measuring what you are putting into your body. We are here to get results and will not be guessing at what is going in our mouths.

  • Commit to your meal prep. Planning ahead and prepping your food is a non-negotiable when it comes to success in a fat loss phase.

  • Commit to your planned exercise, daily steps, and potential weekly cardio.

  • Be willing to work on your mental game.

  • Be truly open to being coached. There will be “Aha!” moments and hard truths to reconcile.

  • Establish your baseline measurements. What gets measured, gets improved. This means progress photos, body tape measurements, and home scale weight. If you are local, I can do an InBody scan to measure the beginning and end of body composition.

 

We are here to do the work, earn our results, and get back to real life! Life is meant to be lived with maintenance calories — not yo-yo dieting.

Sorry! I do wish that I could take on more clients, but as everything I do is completely customized per the individual, I'm am at my quota for what is manageable as a coach. I do plan to run another group in late August. So, stay tuned!

  • Do you provide meal plans?
    For the most part, I do not write meal plans for my clients. The reason being is I believe that it is my job to teach my clients how to eat for life. Anyone can follow a meal plan for a few weeks and lose weight, but to have lasting results, you must learn how to feed yourself, balance your plate and choose foods that make your body feel good. If a client is struggling, I can provide a meal plan to spark ideas, but it would never be something that I want them to follow long term.
  • What is the average amount of weight someone can expect to lose?
    Everyone has different factors at play (activity level, genetics, body types, health issues, food sensitivities, support systems, etc.), so it is hard to say exactly how much body fat one might lose during this program. My plans are usually set up with the goal of .5 to 1.5 lbs of fat loss per week. This is achievable if the plan is being followed and we are following the plan fully. That said, it’s the client’s adherence to the plan that will produce the outcomes.
  • What type of technology do you use to coach this group?
    I use the Circle app. It’s an independent, private community building app that you will download to your phone. It will send you notifications when new content is shared. I use Loom for video feedback on food logs and client check-ins. The Loom check-ins will be sent directly to your email.
  • How do your measure progress?
    I believe in progress photos, baseline body tape measurements, scale weight and (if we have access) bioimpedance analysis scans (for example, an InBody scan). Progress photos and body tape measurements should be taken every 4 weeks, while I will require a scale weight to be shared weekly.
  • Do you offer cancellations or refunds?
    If within the first 7 calendar days, you decide that my coaching is just not for you, cancel and I will refund your money, no questions asked! Beyond the 7 days, you are responsible for the entire cost of the program you committed to whether you pay in full or choose the financing option (monthly payments). However, if you complete my program and you have shown up, and put in the work, but you don't see the value or a positive transformation I will give you your money back. But you do need to show up and put in the work! If there are group calls, you need to attend a minimum of 50% of them. If there is a tracker involved, you must take the time to update your tracker weekly If progress photos are part of the program, then you must share them with me every 4 weeks You must watch all of the educational videos included in the program If there is homework, you must complete it and put it into practice You must put into practice the guidance/coaching notes I provide I'm positive if you put in the work you are going to see the results. But if after putting in the work, following the program and my coaching notes, you're unsatisfied I will happily refund your money. I'm making a commitment to you for the duration of the program, and it is important that you make that same commitment to yourself! Together I'm positive you are going to see positive progress! Should you be unsatisfied with your results at the end of the program and request a refund: Upon requesting a refund you will lose access to the member portal which houses all of the recipes, meal plans, nutritional education, coaching program material...everything.
  • Are the group calls recorded and are replays sent out?
    If there are any group calls, I will provide a recording that you can listen to at a later date.
