Spring 8-Week Timeline

This coaching pod will begin as one group on Monday, April 21. It is an 8-week program with 7 weeks dedicate to fat loss and the 8th week focusing on reverse dieting back to maintenance.

Important Dates:

  • Friday, April 17 – Registration closes

  • Friday, April 17 – Sunday, April 19 – Custom nutrition plans + onboarding materials delivered

  • Monday, April 20 – First official day of your 8-week program

  • Wednesday, June 3– Data + results collection week

  • Wednesday, June 10 – Final day of your fat loss phase for the 8-week program

Body Composition Testing & Customization

Before we set your macros, we need data, not vibes.

 

If you’re local to Fishers, IN, I will conduct an InBody scan before we start to assess your body composition and help determine whether fat loss, maintenance, or a reverse is best for you.

 

If you’re not local, you’re encouraged to use an InBody or similar BIA device in your area. Many gyms, med spas, doctors’ offices, and meal prep companies have them available.

Accountability (The Secret Sauce)

You’ve probably tried to set your own macros before:
Too aggressive, too random, no accountability… and then it all falls apart.

 

This pod fixes that.

 

You’ll have:

  • Bi-weekly email check-ins from me, your coach

  • Monthly Loom video check-ins where I review your progress, make adjustments, and coach you directly

  • Direct access to me in the coaching app for questions, troubleshooting, and tough-love pep talks

  • A private community of like-minded, supportive, resourceful women so you never feel like you’re doing this alone

Requirements (aka: What I Need From You)

I require discipline and honesty, with yourself and with me.

 

To be successful in this pod, you’ll need to:

 

  • Track your intake using your custom plan, whether you’re in a fat loss phase, maintenance, or reverse. We’re not guessing; we’re gathering data.

  • Commit to basic meal planning and prep. This doesn’t mean gourmet; it means intentional.

  • Follow your movement plan, strength training, daily steps, and any assigned cardio.

  • Work on your mental game. There will be “a-ha!” moments, hard truths, and unlearning old diet rules.

  • Establish baseline measurements: progress photos, tape measurements, scale weight, and, when possible, InBody scans before and after.

 

We are here to do the work, earn our results, and then get back to real life.
